Terms
In the rare event of a dissatisfied customer, I would hope that resolution can be easily made via emails.
Returns are only considered if an item has been wrongly described or misrepresented. Any request for returns will be fully considered. Notification should be within 24 hours of receipt, and return when mutually agreed within 7 days. On safe arrival back with me in the same condition as it was sent, a full refund will be made, less shipping costs.
I always try to describe goods accurately and honestly, noting any flaws that I feel are detrimental but most of these lovely pieces are vintage or antique and have been owned and used and so are not in original condition and allowance has to be made for this.
The only items on which I do not offer returns are vintage clothes and shoes. I try to measure these as accurately as possible and just ask that you check the size carefully before you buy.
PAYMENT
International Buyers I require payment in sterling by Paypal please.
UK Buyers I prefer payment from U.K. buyers by personal cheque, postal order or Paypal. In the case of payment by cheque, the goods will be sent after clearance of the cheque.
